Identifying a clear gap in India's mobility market — the lack of a focused, technology-driven solution for long-distance travel (100 km+) — Murugesan founded Oolalala with a sharp and differentiated vision. His background provides Oolalala with a strong foundation in structured growth, compliance awareness, and network strategy.

Under his leadership, Oolalala is positioned as a specialized, high-value intercity travel solution in the Indian mobility ecosystem.

Mr. Sultan serves as Co-Founder and COO of Oolalala, overseeing strategic operations, execution frameworks, and growth alignment. With strong operational acumen and hands-on execution capability, Sultan plays a pivotal role in translating strategic vision into measurable outcomes.

He ensures that Oolalala's driver onboarding systems, compliance processes, and partnership strategies are built for long-term sustainability. His leadership focuses on operational scalability and process optimization.
